Jim at Richland motors was a godsend, he bent over backwards to get me in a car. Great communication with getting me in the right car and worked within my budget. I highly, Highly recommend him when shopping for a car.

Highly recommend this place!! Especially Jim!! I went to numerous places that couldn't help me because of my credit/finance issues and Jim went above and beyond to get me the right car at the right price!! If I were you, I wouldn't go anywhere else! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks for all your help Jim! I appreciate you!

I am a real customer and this dealership deserves a 5 star review because I was in a bad spot with my credit and needed a car and Jim the new finance manager was able to work around my credit and put me in a car when I desperately needed one the most. He didn't run my credit a million times. He got everything right the first time and only once and was able to get me a real deal. there was an issue with the car, but that was quickly resolved and the Dealer did it on their own. Nothing is perfect, but they sure made it darn near close. I am grateful for the whole experience. It's under new management and Jim is the best guy for the job. this was my first experience with Richland Motors on Pearl Rd. Both the dealership and Jim went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Everything was affordable too. They were very attentive to details. I've been to dealerships before and this was how your experience should be and how a business relationship should be formed. You guys earned a five star review for your hard work and dedication. Based on previous reviews of this place, the Dealer really cared about turning things around and is actually putting valuable people like Jim in charge of getting the customer what they need based on everyone's personal needs. way to go!
